19th International Conference "New Trends in Civil Aviation 2017"

The 19th International Conference "New Trends in Civil Aviation 2017" (NTCA 2017) will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, from 7-8 December 2017 and will be hosted by Department of Air Transport, Czech Technical University in Prague with the cooperation of Faculty of Aeronautics, Technical University of Kosice, Institute of Aerospace Engineering, Brno University of Technology, Air Transport Department, University of Zilina and Czech Aerospace Society. Conference is organized under the auspices of Mr. Zdeněk Jelínek, Director of Civil Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic.

Conference aims to establish platform for interactions among communities of interest on aviation problems and applications. The conference serves both practitioners and academics, providing a forum to exchange ideas and experiences on technology, methodology, applications, case studies and practical experiences with both civil and military aviation.

The conference is dedicated to various research topics from air transport operations, air traffic management, economic aspects of day-to-day operations, aviation safety and security, aircraft technologies, unmanned aerial systems, human factors and ergonomics in aviation.

The manuscripts formatted according to conference template (MS Word or LaTeX) should be submitted electronically via conference electronic submission system. All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 2 members of the international program committee. Paper acceptance will be based on novelty, topicality, originality, significance and technical soundness. All presented papers will be included in conference proceedings published by CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group.

The conference proceedings will be submitted for indexing in Scopus and Web of Science.

Conference fee (regular): 150€
Conference fee (student): 90€ 
Participation without article or accompanying person: 50€

The conference is held on the 15th anniversary of the Department of Air Transport and the evening social event will be part of the celebrations.
