The NTCA and ESWC are held in parallel. A single registration covers attendance at both events.
Authors with a full paper accepted may register after receiving the acceptance notification, but no later than March 15, 2026.
All other participants who plan to attend, please register by December 31, 2025, so we can estimate the number of attendees.
Participants are required to register and pay their registration fee before the final deadline. If you pay before the early bird deadline you will get a cheaper rate on the registration fee.
The deadline for early payment is March 15, 2026.
The price includes entry to both events, conference/workshop materials, lunch and coffee breaks and entry to a social event (April 23, 2026).
